TOP-TERME d.o.o. was founded on 1 May 2003 as a subsidiary of the Topusko Health Resort, with the goal of opening its centuries-old tradition of thermal water healing to tourists - guests seeking rest, wellness and peace.
Our complex has 232 beds, two restaurants, a recreation centre, six thermal pools and a complete sauna world - all in the heart of the forests of Petrova and Zrinska mountains, one hour from Zagreb.

From the Japodi tribes and Roman thermae, through King Andrew II's Cistercian monastery, to today's modern hotel - Topusko has always been a place where people gathered around the healing water.

How do I book a stay?+
Reservations are currently made through direct communication - call reception on +385 44 886 001, write to recepcija@topterme.hr or send us an inquiry using the form on this page. We confirm availability and pricing as soon as possible.
When does the hotel reopen after the renovation?+
The Hotel Toplica renovation is underway. We will announce the exact opening date on this page and via newsletter. In the meantime, the outdoor pools (in season) and other parts of the complex are available.
Can I bring my pet?+
Yes, smaller pets are welcome on request and with a surcharge. Please let us know in advance so that we can prepare a suitable room and provide everything needed.
What does the price of stay include?+
Unlimited use of the thermal pools during your stay, breakfast (with the option of half-board or full-board), free Wi-Fi and parking. Wellness treatments and massages are charged separately.
How do I cancel a reservation?+
A standard reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. Special packages have their own conditions - these are stated with each offer.
Do you have a programme for seniors?+
Yes - we offer a Supervised Preventive Wellness programme (7 days) at a special price for seniors - €328 instead of €391 per person. We also offer Active Holiday programmes for groups.
Is the property accessible for persons with disabilities?+
Yes, adapted rooms and pool access are available on request. Please indicate your needs during booking so that we can prepare the right unit in advance.
Can we host a wedding or business event at the hotel?+
Of course. We have four halls and an outdoor terrace for up to 220 attendees. More information in the Conferences and Experiences - Weddings sections, or send us an inquiry directly.
