Lentil soup with pieces of meat |
Fry some onions and carrots on olive oli. Than add small pieces of lamb meat, add water, lentile and spices (coriander, hot pepper, garlic, basil, grains of peper and salt.) Cook for an hour and a half.

Trout in dough |
Stuff trout with mushrooms, cottage scheese, capries, gorgonzila, basil, garlic and parsley. Envelope fish in dough, smear egg over it, springle with poppy, sesame and anis.

Poppy and barley porridge |
Barley porridge cook and dry it. Cook poppy in milk with butter, raisin and honey schnaps. Add honey, almonds and barley porridge. Form balls, server with yogurt and honey dip.

Stuffed mushrooms |
Clean and carve mushrooms. Fry some onion and remains of the mushrooms in oil. add pieces of bacon and spices (salt, vegeta, pepper). Once water evaporates remove from fire. add some bread to thicken it, and stuff mushrooms with it. Stack stuffed mushrooms in oven and bake on 180°C for 20 minutes..

Best Recepies
Potato soup |
150 grams of potatoes,
75 grams of red onions,
0,01 kg of butter,
1 dl of cooking cream,
salt, pepper, parsley,
mashed potatoes mixture
Fill a thick-bottomed pan with hot water, add the salt and stir in the prepared mashed potatoes mixture once the water starts to boil. Put aside. Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into equal cubes. Place them in the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. When cooked, drain and place in the previously prepared soup with the mashed potatoes.
In the mean time, fry the finely sliced onions, sliced bacon (until the onions become glassy and the bacon crispy brown). Add this to the soup. Add the salt and pepper, chopped parsley and cooking cream.

"TOP-TERME" Turkey Roll |
1,40 kg of turkey breast,
0,20 kg of cottage cheese,
0,10 kg of Kulen (Croatian smoked sausage),
0,10 kg olives
Preparation of the turkey breasts for the roll: on the breasts, spread the cottage cheese with the previously added spices, places slices of Kulen on top with the olives and roll the breasts. Tie with a string for baking. Grill on all sides and place in baking pan greased with olive oil. Bake for 30 min, at 180° C.

Side Dish: "TOP-TERME " Garnish |
3 kg of potatoes,
0,30 kg of champignons,
0,40 kg of bacon,
0,50 kg of onions,
0,5 l of oil
Cut the potatoes into cubes and bake them in the oven on olive oil. In a pan, fry the onions in olive oil and add the champignons. Do the same with the onions and bacon.

"Cicvara" (Serves 2) |
2 eggs,
100 grams of flour,
2 dcl of cooking cream,
salt and pepper,
oil
Mix and fry all the ingredients (for a few minutes). Add pieces of butter at the very end. |
